Hope somebody can help.
I have a Sky hd box that I have 4 tvs running off it. The 3 tvs that have magic eyes continually get interference from any mobile phone signals in the house. I've tightened all the connections on the sky box and wall socket and also made sure all the connections to the aerial sockets are also tight. However this has made no difference. The crackling sound appears to be getting worse especially when the phone rings or there are incoming emails and messages.
best regards
steve

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe frequencies assigned for use by cellular devices has expanded to include those formerly used by tv channels 50 to 68.
By default the RF channel used by your Sky box to distribute the analogue signal to your 3 TVs is set to 68, which consequently now makes it liable to interference from mobiles etc. Change your Sky box's RF Output Channel to a channel below 50 to avoid the interference. You'll need to retune the 3 TVs once you've done so.
