Re-pair my Sky+ card and box
Hi, I have a secord Sky+ box and card, It hasn't been used for a few months since my daughter moved out, but now that I've to use it, it says that the card needs re-pairing with the box. I've visited sky.com/quickfix as it says, but that only has information for Sky Q. Although not in use, the box has been powered up and connected to my broadband during it's idle period, so why has it done this, and can I resolve the problem. Thanks

Try carrying out a New Install. That should re-pair the box and Card.
