TNT sport channels are not showing now, saying the Satelli

I have just returned from holiday and gone to watch the TNT sport channels for the rugby and the channels will not display. 
they are saying there is an issue with signal but all other channels are fine. 
I can view them on the Sky Go app but just not on my HD box. 
I have tried rebooting the box and following the instructions on the screen. 

any ideas.

Most likely it's a problem with your dish setup. A slight misalignment can affect only a few channels while the others are fine. 

You would need an engineer to check the dish for you, but unfortunately, unless you have Sky Protect, Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment. Option are either to engage a local satellite installer to check it for you, or upgrade to Sky Q, when the dish will be checked at no additional cost as part of the Q installation.
