If i download an ITV show on catch up you cannot get subtitles. If i was watching the show live i can get subtitles.
I can get subtitles on downloaded shows on BBC but not on ITV and wondered if anyone knew as my father is hard of hearing and needs the subtitles. I have a Sky plus HD box.
You can check if a program is available with subtitles by checking the program information and this will have an S if subtitles are available. For more inforamtion on subtitles and how to check if they are available follow this link here.
