I've got a Sky + box and the last few Channel 4 programs I've downloaded all say Subscription error “You don’t have the required subscription” when trying to view the program. I have all the main sky packages apart from Cinema. I'm not sure why this has stopped working or what subscription I would require to watch Channel 4 programs.

@caesarome I've been able to successfully download and watch programs from sky sports and from BBC. Just seems to be Channel 4 that's the issue.

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice

@caesarome Would that delete everything already stored on the box?

After a did the New Install it actually made things worse as my Sky HD channels, for example Sky Showcase HD was replaced with the SD version. My guess would be that there was some kind of subscription error on my account which thought I didn't have HD package. A few days later however my HD channels have reappeared and I can now download and watch from Channel 4 (in HD) again.
