Strong satellite signal but add channels says none

On my Sky HD+ box  services I have two very strong signals and my line up is fine with excellent reception on all channels. However when I try to access my extra channels or add others   I get message saying the box is not receiving a signal.

The most likely explanation would be the appropriate manual tuning(s) have changed.
