Sky+ without a Satellite Dish?

Would this be possible? I'm hoping to move into better supported living in Woodhouse, Sheffield within the next month, I don't think they'd allow structural alterations on the building to install a Sky Dish, therefore would it be possible to get a Sky+ service without one?

You wont be able to if your Sky+ box isn't connected to a Satellite Dish as that is how it receives the channels.  No dish = No Satellite Signal = Nothing to record.

Sky+ is a satellite service which always requires a dish

If you want Sky over the internet then your options are Sky Glass, Sky Stream or NOW (was NOWTV)

@Annie+UK I just want to be able to record programmes, contrary to popular belief I lead a very active life beyond the Internet and I'm therefore not always in when there's stuff on that I wanna watch.

Sky+ (now obsolete) and Sky Q are the only services from Sky that allow in home recording.

Most, if not all programmes that you might want to record are available to stream via Sky Stream or Sky Glass - similar to the way On Demand works with Sky+.
