Sky box not responding

My sky box is years old have you discontinued with some skybox and signals, I don't know. 
but when using remote control doesn't change channel 

black screen and will not move if the one channel it's stuck on. 
I have turn off in several occasions to now prevail 

I have all so turn. Sky network off and still nothing

A black screen suggest it might be an issue with your TV and not the Sky + box so have you tried using your TV remote to cycle through the channels ?
