Sky+ viewing card issue

Hi I think I have a problem with my viewing card. We have sky+ and live pause has stopped working; also when we try and watch recorded progs the message says sky+ playback is not available. Also can't record. We have multiroom so I switched cards between boxes and the other card works fine in the living room. Makes me think sky + has somehow disconnected from that particular card ? Tried calling customer servs got a chatbot which sent me here. Any help appreciated.  Thanks

It might be quicker if you phone Sky and get them to re-activate your viewing card

@BC2  If you want to phone then it's the usual contact number, there are no specific contact numbers
