Sky signature package -peacock

I'm on sky signature package and understand I should be able to watch Peacock in real time and on demand however I've changed the format to SD and still cannot download

Peacock is available on Sky+ Home via Catch up TV and On Demand box sets. Peacock is within the Channels section.

What's the error message when you try to download?

It was saying I had to upgrade but I've changed my settings to download automatically in SD and it's worked
