Hi please could someone explain how to stream programs

@Ford+son+major you would need Sky Q (for the streaming apps) or Sky Glass to stream.

A reasonably recent Sky+ HD box has some on-demand functionality as long as it has a broadband connection, either directly (with built-in WiFi / ethernet) or by adding a Sky On-demand Connector box: content is downloaded to disk before playback can start.  As noted above, Sky+ hardware has no ability to host 'streaming' apps (Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc).

Note that the phone socket built into older Sky+ boxes was for basic interactivity and cannot access on-demand services.
