Hello I just want to confirm. I called today and couldn't understand the person I was talking and they couldn't understand me with my accent. Add in being a pensioner and my hearing not being 100% and it wasn't a smooth conversation. I am cancelling my multi room but keeping my sky. I have a sky plus box in my room that has multi room and was told they would send out packaging to return it. I don't want it but I was under the impression we keep sky plus boxes and just return sky q boxes. I just don't want to 1) not chase it up if the box doesn't arrive as I assumed it doesn't get returned and then get charged and 2) have the difficulty of taking the box to a post office etc if I don't have to. Many thanks if anyone official can get in touch. I just go round in circles in live chat
