Sky plus HD not recording or playing back recordings, anyone know how to fix this, honestly Skys service is appalling their call centre offshore is disgusting, putting you on hold for ages then cutting the call 🤬

It says HD playback and recording unavailable I can't even live pause either or access the planner and view previous recordings
