For a while now I've not been able to download on my sky plus hd box. Thought the box was faulty so bought a recon box. Still the same issue. I can download stuff you pay for. I have a full subscription. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

It says starting download. Then after a couple on minutes says failed. It never even gets to 1% of download complete. Yet if I pay for something it downloads it.

Yes have deleted and tried again. Many times.

Just to clarify, the key part to this is permanently deleting from the Deleted Folder before trying again. Are you doing this?

Yes I have tried deleting from deleted folder and trying again. Even bought a recon box which is totally empty and still same problem.
