Sky+playback not available

Sky+playback is not available we can't watch anything we have recorded or anything in our planner or use any basic normal functions like pause rewind etc etc!

our card said we do not have a sky subscription when I tried to troubleshoot but we obviously do

Has it just started to say this so have you placed and cancelled an order for Sky Q ?

Yes we did order SkyQ & cancel in December last year because we are having major renovations at present, we have been away but it was working two weeks ago we are just back again & nothing!

When you order Sky Q, your Sky+ Viewing Card is marked for cancellation at some point in the future. Unfortunately that isn't undone if you subsequently cancel Sky Q and it looks like your Card has now indeed been cancelled. You'll need to call Sky for a replacement Card.
