Sky+ playback is not available
When I try to play recordings it does not allow me to play them and says 'Sky+ playback is not available'. A current recording also failed and in the Planner section where Top Picks normally is it says 'Top Picks is only available with an active Sky TV subscription'. I checked this months payment has gone through on the app and all is paid up until 2nd August. The wifi connection says it's all fine/strong enough signal. Has anyone else had this problem/know how to fix it please. Thank you.

Have you in the pas ordered Sky Q? as this can trigger an automatic card cancellation
