Sky is only showing the preview screen you'd get in the top left corner, the rest of the screen is black. I can press the return button and it'll take the current channel it's on but no other buttons other than "home" and "return" do anything.
Turned off and on, tv off and on, but it doesn't change
You have posted this in a Sky+ box forum so I take it you do not have a Sky+ box ?
