I have been told that DPD will not deliver my box today as scheduled. I have an engineer booked for Monday 5th but no box. What do I do????

Sky Q television boxes arrive with the installer.

Sky Glass and Sky Stream do not have 'engineers' at all.

And if you mean a broadband hub they are usually delivered by Royal Mail.
