Sky + lost broadband connection.

Sky + box has lost broadband connection.

Broadband working fine.

Rebooting box and router doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

When you rebooted your Sky box, did you leave it switched off for a minimum of 5 minutes?

I have tried leaving the box off for at least 5 minutes, but still no good unfortunately.
