Sky keeps freezing

Hello, It's been days now that sky keeps freezing for 2-3 secs every 30 seconds on all channels. Anyone got any idea what I can do? I reset it, I unplugged it nothing seems to work.

@Saegous just to confirm this is a Sky+ set top box, where you've posted? If so, the cause is most likely the result of a failing hard drive.
