Tv services not working

Hi all, 

last November I switched my sitting room layout around the connection I had for the wire from the outside of the house to the box I have move the tv to the other wall, I he cable wire does not fit around and I need an extended cable, I have called in many times each month and keep getting fobbed off or advised someone else will call me back it's been nearly 7-8 months with no tv service actively working and I am still paying for service can someone call me back on to resolve the issue.

You will need to find a 3rd party to sort out your issue or upgrade to a newer Sky service

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, and/or Sky Stream.

Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service

@Shauna33 Sky won't call you back, I'm afraid. They won't know who you are from a forum post.

Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ boxes (the forum you've posted in). However, you can buy a satellite cable extension kit from the larger hardware stores, like B&Q, Wickes and do the job yourself. Or if you want the cables to enter via a different wall you'll need to engage a local satellite installer to do the job for you.
