My Sky keeps freezing and it's annoying as I can never watch to properly. I pay so much for sky and always having issues it's ridiculous

You mean the picture freezes? Does it happen only on recordings? What other issues are you having?

No not only on recordings. Also on normal channel

Watch your signal strengths for a frew minutes (Services > Settings > Signal). The white part of all 4 bars should consistently be at least half way across.
