Sky icon disappeared

The sky icon on tv that you click on to get the sky page has disappeared.     Yes, sky+.

There is no usual menu screen, therefore no screen message.  Sky box shows green light so it is "on".   Any ideas?

@Vickianne first, turn off at the plug and wait at least 4 minutes before,turning on,again.
