Sky + hd box

My sky + hd box said no active subscription, I have multiple Room and the other box is fine. Phoned sky and the said the box was faulty. Replaced the box, same issue

It's unlikely to be a box issue. More likely that the entitlements on the Viewing Card need to be refreshed.

 

You'll need to speak to Sky again - I'm not sure if Sky's messaging team can help with this but if you want to give it a try we can ask them to contact you here so that you can do that via a private online chat?
