Hi, we've just returned from two weeks holiday and turned off the Sky+ box at the mains.
Now when I want to access Catchup TV it says I do not have the Sky + entitlement.
Also when I try to play recordings, it says that there is a problem with my viewing card.
I have removed the card and refitted it, carried out WPS rest with my router, and the faults are still there.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry performing a New Install to pair the card to the box again, turning off for a prolonged time causes the box to lose authorisation as it needs a satellite signal periodically
