If you want to stay with the older system you'll need to source your own secondhand DRX890 or DRX895 Sky+HD box

I had the same issue until recently, you need to update the software and pretty sharpish as SKY will soon no longer provide support for your kind of box , alternatively you can call SKY for a FREE upgrade to SKY Q , this is a current offer to existing customers with the box that you have.
Here's a link on how to upgrade the software on your existing box if that's what you want to, just follow the instructions and it will do the update, good luck !

Latest: R024 . 092 . 11 . 00P

What's not true? The Software has been at R024 . 092 . 11 . 00P for years
Updating the software when there has been no release just does a glorified reboot and the software in the box is not altered, this was confirmed during the Sky beta tests by a Sky employee
Doing a New Install would force the box to rebuild the channel list also if a reboot was not good enough
