home move
I try to book a home move, but keep getting an error message saying:
"You need to be the primary account holder to book a home move"
Does anyone know, what this means?

You need the main account log in not a secondry login, if you are not sure then phone Sky

@1235 you will probably need to move to Sky Q for a Sky installation engineer to be involved with installing equipment at the address you will be moving to🤔
