Sky + contract ending

My Sky + contract ends soon and I have been offered a new 24 month contract if I renew now.

 Don't want to renew now as my broadband contract is with another provider and doesn't end for another year when I will review all my packages.

what happens if I don't renew my Sky Tv package do I move to a rolling 31 day contract ?? Cheers

Yes, you'll be on a rolling 31 days contract, and your discounts will cease, so the monthly cost will likely increase.

@Ann147
If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Sky will likely encourage you to move to Glass , Stream or Sky Q and it might prove a cheaper option.
