Hubby was distraught with the closure of Eurosport so I have just spent the last hour going round in circles on-line and using the remote to attempt to add TNT to our ancient Sky+. Thwarted at every turn! On-line it didn't appear as an 'add on'; clicking on 'Upgrade Now' on the TNT link within the Sports package drew a similar blank. Looked at the onscreen help and tried to find 'skyviewinghelp.com, as suggested, but this web page was unavailable. Also tried 'interactive' option, only to discover than any of the help previously offered has now been removed! Almost ready to throw in the towel when I spotted that by dialling 150 on my Sky Talk connected phone, I could make contact with Sky. I expected to join a huge queue but not the case. A recorded message asked why I was calling and after answering a few questions and confirming my selection, TNT was added immediately. This took less than 5 minutes.
