Hello,

Is 0808 167681four a genuine sky number, as used it to change my package but nothing has changed on the sky app account and was expecting a customer service message but non came.

That looks like a premium rate number - did you Google it? You can find the authorised umber to call via the 'need more help' dropdown at the bottom of this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Sky UK numbers do but Sky ROI numbers don't
