As you swapped the cables at the back of the box and it made no difference, I'd suspect a box issue.

Have you tried restarting it by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes?

If it's still the same, I wouldn't be worried if you have normal picture quality.

Have you tried rebooting your Sky box?

Re: LNB 1 SIGNAL STRENGHT ISSUE

I have tried what Mark and Anne suggested  but the  LNB 1 signal strenght shows zero but the signal quality shows max . LNB 2 shows signal strenght and signal quality at their max.I have done the rebooting and  swap of cables at the back of decoder but still shows the same scenario as shown in the attachment. Any further help from anyone? The picture qualities remains as though everything is sound.

Many thanksthumbnail (2).jpgthumbnail (2).jpg

@carson the signal strength and quality shown in both of your images are at near maximum. I see no issue with the signal on either LNB.

@carson I think I see what is happening here. You are misinterpreting the display.

The indicator is the length of the white bars. I suspect you are thinking that the indicator is the blue square that is left visible on the other three.
