Why has connection to demand suddenly just stopped working , rest network fail , reset router sky box yet nothing why has it just stopped working pointless having sky will just cancel it pointless paying for it .

@Dex2705 yes you could do that. Or try to figure out how to reconnect. Turn both your router and your Sky box off at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before restarting your router, and another 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then press the WPS button on both your router and Sky box and see if they'll connect.
