Sky box not working

When we switch on TV all we see now is a blank blue screen. Not sure what's going on.

We thought it may have been the fact we recently changed our broadband provider but realised we were watching TV after that happened. Although we did try to synch the TV to the new broadband to no avail.

@arachwalker can you confirm you have a Sky+ box (not Sky Q, or Sky Stream)?

Have you tried turning your Sky+ box off and on again?

Yes it's a Sky+ box not new type of box.
