Sky +hd
I have have not been getting alot of channels for over a month now. I have a communal arial and my neighbours have no problem with the arial. I'm paying alot of money per month for a service i'm not getting. Please can i have this problem sorted or i will stop my payments, it's now getting annoying.

You need to contact your buildings management that controls the dish and associated equipment, You will not get any support from Sky (see below)
Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, and/or Sky Stream.
Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service

@Abby it would be unwise to stop paying. Is your Sky box connected by flyleads to a wall socket?
