Or are you referring to the sky sports plus service?
You can only get channel 412 if you have a full sky sports subscription for the additional streams the hardware no longer supports this and you will need to upgrade as advised by @Annie+UK
the alternative is to access the streams via the specific sky sports mobile app for phone and tablet only
