Sky+box crashed how can I get replacement

@Ben-1652  Short answer is you can't, Sky stopped supporting Sky+HD boxes some time ago, even if you locate a replacement box online Sky won't allow you to pair your viewing card to the replacement box.

 

Your options will be to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Ben-1652 unless you're using the box solely for watching the free to air channels, without a TV subscription, you can't replace it with another Sky+ box, I'm afraid.

 

You would need to upgrade either to Sky Q or Stream.

 

What exactly has happened to your current box?
