I need to return my box but it's screwed into wall and box.  .  Have taken photo

@Annie54  Sky+ Boxes (where you have posted) don;t need to be returned they are yours to keep.

 

Do you actually have Sky Stream?

@Annie54 as posted previously, you don't need to return Sky+ boxes. By all means post your pictures which might help us to help further.

If it is a Sky+ box and you haven't actually said if it is, then you own it so it does not have to be returned to Sky.

Satellite cables use a screw-thread fitting on the rear of the box and on a wall plate if there is one in place.  The cables are still removable, although they can corrode.

 

As noted above, Sky+ and Sky+ HD boxes are thoroughly obsolete, user-owned and not required to be returned.

Why did  sky send me a email asking me to return by end of March.  If I don't return by then will have to pay.   This is all sky

Please confirm (with an image if necessary) which Sky TV platform you subscribe to. We can then tell you with some certainty whether it needs returning when subscription cancelled.
