Extremely poor picture quality on Netflix

For the past few days I have not been able to watch Netflix as the picture quality is so bad - othe apps are ok so not really sure what's happening or how to fix it.

@Jay244 There's no Netflix or any other app on Sky+ boxes - the forum you've posted in. Do you have Sky Q? Or Sky Stream? Or Sky Glass?
