Sky box

Tried all suggestions regarding the poor satellite reception. Nothing working will need new sky box.

@Lynndavidson poor reception is much more likely to be caused by a problem with your dish and/or cabling than your Sky box. Unless you have a particular wish to upgrade, you may be better off getting a local satellite engineer out to take a look at your dish.

You will not get a new Sky+ box from Sky should you call them about this as they will insist that you upgrade to a Sky Q box.
