Sky box showing amber light wont turn on

My sky box was working fine yesterday morning. It then went off and is now showing an amber light. We have tried to switch off at the power and unplug the sky box and restart it and nothing has happened, the box still won't turn on. We would like to speak to a person and arrange for an engineer to sort the issue

@MaryBirrell if the actions recommended in the link @Annie+UK posted don't restore normal working, you'll either have to upgrade to Sky Q or switch to Sky Stream, I'm afraid.

 

There's no longer any engineer support for Sky+ boxes, and it's no longer possible to replace the box with another Sky+ box.

 

Speak to Sky for your options.
