Buffering channels
We have no input 2 signal.
Tried everything that's said online to no avail

You'll need to engage a local satellite engineer to take a look at your dish setup. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ systems, I'm afraid.
Alternatively now might a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q - any dish problems will be sorted out at no additional cost to you as part of the Sky Q installation process.
