Can you expand on "not working" as that can mean lots of things

Sky no longer provides 'engineer' support for Sky+ HD or permits the transfer of Viewing Cards into replacement hardware: it's an obsolete platform which ceased manufacturing a decade ago.

@simatthews_ is the power LED on the front panel illuminated? Red? Amber? Or Green?
