I have plugged in a new sky box and swapped the viewing card over but it isn't working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can no longer pair your viewing card with a replacement Sky box (since the end of October). Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.
Still call Sky to discuss your options moving forward which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
