Sky box is not working and UHD programmes don’t download

My sky box has literally stopped working. UHD programmes won't download. When they do download there is no sound. When I use the apps to access Netflix and Apple TV the connection drops, this doesn't not happen if injust watch via my smart tv (so clearly a sky api issues rather than broadband)

There are no UHD programmes for Sky+ boxes, where you've posted.

Do you have Sky Q? Or Sky Stream?
