Sky box Broken

Hi we have rebooted the sky box but still not working

It says the hard drive can't be fixed we tried a system reset but not working still and says about upgrading

If the box is giving a "diskless mode" error then take a look at my Sky Plus FAQ (Q14) for advice

If the hard disk has failed, the box will need to be replaced. You can find used Sky+HD boxes available cheaply on the likes of ebay. Choose a DRX890 or DRX895 model only. Alternatively, consider upgrading to Sky Q?
