This needs fixing as soon as possible. It didn't used to happen - someone has changed something - just change it back.

As customers, nobody here can do that. Have you reported it to Sky?

Hi,

Just watching National Geographic on chan 129 and the issues seem to have been fixed for this channel !!

 

This channel is interesting because it exhibited both problems people have been seeing.

1) Randon full Sky banner showing for that channel showing now and next.

2) Onscreen Icon Timeout showing prior to advert break and then again before advert break ends.
