The remore is damaged, can I request for a new and is it free or discounted ?

As Sky don't support Sky+ systems anymore you'll need to purchase a new remote from eBay, Amazon or maybe a main supermarket.

Is it cheaper to buy from Sky since I am a customer ? What are the prices via Sky ?

@SkyUserNotts As already advised Sky no longer support or sell anything related to sky plus, you need to source your own from online sellers or supermarkets
