Sky+ HD working- multiroom box not working

I have an Sky+ HD box and it is working fine and connected to broadband however the multi room box isn't working. 'Programme not available' message is coming up and I am not able to connect to WiFi/network on that sky box 

 

when I log into the My sky app and click 'activate viewing card' it only gives me the option to reset the PIN for the TV. 

any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to do via this box, watch live TV ?

Hi, yes watch live tv but 'programme Not available' message is showing up, the tv guide and channels are loaded and radio stations are playing

Is the multiroom box a DRX890 or DRX895 or DRX595?
