When I record on my sky+hd box I can't watch something else

You need to send someone to sort this as I'm paying full price for services that I'm not receiving

@Clivepa  Sky no longer supports Sky plus so they won't send anyone out unless you have sky protect 

 

sounds like the box is in single feed mode when it shouldn't be 

 

how many cables do you have running from the box to dish

Your box and dish is your responsibility to maintain... if you want Sky to maintain your satellite equipment you'll have to change to Sky Q☹️
