Sky+HD not working

Internet working fine. Sky+ box showing a green light, just nothing on the screen! Tried the usual turning the whole thing off and on again, nothing still.

Sky+ does not need broadband to work, it used the dish

 

Check the cables etc...

 

Try a forced software update, though this is really just a fancy reboot these days

If the screen is completely blank, check that you are on the correct HDMI source and check the HDMI cable is securely connected at both ends.
